El-Service is about to be ready for FAT test of the safety equipment for the Fámjinstunnilin.
This new Famjinstunnilin is approx. 1200 meters long and is located in Suðuroy, and combines the villages Øravík and Fámjin. El-Service is the main supplier of all the electical systems, including the safety equipment. The safety equipment is ready for FAT test at El-Service. When approved by clients, the equipment will be transportet into the tunnel for installation.
The Fámjinstunnilin is espected to be completed in June.
